Pastoral Epistle – Feb 25 2026
Beloved Congregation,
Greetings in Jesus!
“He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.”
John 7:38
In this passage, our Lord invites His followers to believe in Him. The reward of believing in our Lord is out of our heart rivers of living water will flow. Living water is the Spirit of God who works great things through us.
Vestry Meeting: We are immensely thankful to God for the graceful Vestry Meeting we had last Sunday. A big thank you to everyone who served in the house of the Lord last year. May our Lord richly reward each of you for your faithful service. Thank you to all our new leaders. May our Lord grant you blessings and guidance as you serve Him this year.
Lent Service: Please join us this evening (February 25th) at 7.30 PM on Zoom. We will have a blessed Lent Service and draw closer to our Lord. And for the rest of the Lenten season, we have services on Zoom every Wednesday at 7:30pm. Please see the attached Lenten calendar.

Dedication of new leaders: All newly elected and appointed leaders please be at church this Sunday, March 1st. We will have a dedication service, asking God’s blessings and guidance on each of you.
Youth Service: Please invite your friends to church on Sunday, March 8th. Our Church Youth will lead the service. Please pray for God’s blessings on our children.
East End Prayer Meeting: All parishioners in the East End are welcome to join us at Jeffrey and Sharon’s house on Saturday, February 28th at 7.00 PM for an exciting prayer meeting.

Central and West End Prayer Meeting: Please let me know if you would like to have a prayer meeting at your home in March and April respectively.
Tamil Isai Vazhipadu and other special programs: Please let me know if you are interested in serving in the Planning Committee for Tamil Isai Vazhipadu. (Tamil Musical Worship) and other special programs for this year. Even if you don’t speak Tamil, you can serve on the planning committee.
Summer VBS : We will be meeting again soon to plan and discuss our VBS in Summer, July 13 – 17. We are planning to advertise in the community and invite children from around our church.
Diocesan Confirmation Service: Our diocese will have a confirmation service on April 26th at
St. James Cathedral. If anyone wants to prepare for Confirmation, please let me know. The last date to apply is April 15th.
