“Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon you.” Isaiah 60:1
Our Lord calls us to arise and shine for Him. He himself is our Light and He shines on us. If we are willing to arise and shine; then our Lord’s glory will be upon us.
Nomination Committee: Kindly remember our Nomination Committee as we prayerfully choose leaders for this fiscal year.
Vestry Reports: All parochial leaders please send your Vestry Report to our wardens at the earliest. Last date to send your report is January 31st. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Bible Study: Our next Bible Study is on Wednesday, January 28th at 7.30 pm. We will continue our study on the book of Acts. Please join and be blessed.
Fasting and Prayer: Our Fasting and prayer is moved to next Friday the 30th at 7.30 PM. Please do all you can to join in person at church for prayer. If we want blessings, then we need fervent prayers.
East End Prayer meeting: We will have our first East End prayer meeting at Pyari Karthik’s home on Friday, February 6th at 7.00 PM. All are welcome to join.
West End and Central Area Prayer meeting: Dear parishioners residing in the West End and Central area please let me know if you would like to have a prayer meeting at your home sometime in March. Please pray fervently for God’s blessings on our ministry.
Ash Wednesday Service: The Season of Lent begins on Wednesday, February 18th. Please join in person for our Ash Wednesday Service at 7.30 PM.
We will have the imposition of ashes.
Lent Services: We will have five consecutive Lent Services on Zoom, every Wednesday. Our first Lent Service will be on February 25th at 7.30 PM.
Vacation Bible School: This year we are planning for a VBS for the children in the community. Please share your thoughts and prayers.
