Pastoral Epistle – Oct 2nd 2024
Beloved Congregation,
Greetings in Jesus!
“The Lord will give strength to His people; The Lord will bless His people with peace.” Psalms 29:11
Two great blessings are promised in this verse. STRENGTH and PEACE. God promises strength for us, His people and the blessing of peace. These blessings will enable us to live in confidence in all situations.
We have entered a new month. October is a month filled with activities. The leaves turn yellow, the weather starts getting cold, our children start getting very busy with their school work. May God’s blessings be with us as we prepare for a blessed October.
Centenary Celebration, Saturday, October 19: Our Celebration is nearing fast. Kindly pray fervently for God’s abundant blessings on our celebration and beyond. As informed, our area bishop. Kevin Robertson will be our keynote speaker. Remember him too in prayer.
Next Bible Study: Wednesday, October 9th will be our last study on the Pentateuch. All are welcome to join at 7.30 pm on Zoom.
