Pastoral Epistle – Sept 21, 2022

Beloved Congregation,Greetings in Jesus! 
“I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.”Romans‬ 8:18 、
We all go through suffering and disappointment; but God’s Word encourages us that our suffering is temporal but the glory we will enjoy is eternal.  So we bear all suffering; that we may enjoy eternal joy filled with glory.  
Worship Team Planning Meeting:  please pray for God’s guidance as we plan various programs for the rest of the year.  We need special guidance for the upcoming Advent Season.  The worship team will meet today, Wednesday the 21st at 7.00 pm. Fasting day:  I invite those who are able to join me to fast breakfast on Thursday the 22nd. We can break our fast at noon.  Even if you are at work, you can spend the morning remembering God and asking for His grace. 
In Person Service:  I encourage our parishioners who are worshiping with us online to please consider coming back to church and participating at the Lord’s table.  It is a blessed experience whenever we come into the house of God.

I am thankful for each of us who have been actively participating in the services.  May our Lord richly reward your faithfulness.  Even though we face big challenges, we know that great and eternal glory awaits us.
