Pastoral Epistle for Christmas
Greetings in Jesus!
“She brought forth her firstborn Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.” Luke 2:7
For over 2,000 years we have been remembering our Lord’s unfathomable love for each of us. He left the glory of heaven and became a human being. Though he was rich, for our sake he became poor so that through his poverty we might become rich. 2 Corinthians 8:9
The whole point of Jesus coming to earth was to prosper us in this world and in the world to come.
May each of us fervently pray for one another for safekeeping under the shadow of God’s wings.
I wish you and all your loved ones a wonderful Christmas. May your home be filled with joy and peace only Jesus can give. He is the reason for this season. Let us give Jesus His rightful place in our celebrations.

In just one week, we have seen how our lives have changed again, with the new restrictions as the numbers of COVID cases soaring. Though the government has not laid new restrictions on the number of people gathering in religious places and also our Diocese is allowing individual churches to take decisions on their own discretion whether to worship in person or online, I request you to be safe and I also request fervent prayers for God’s grace and protection during this Holiday Season.
May God keep you safe under His tender care.
