Pastoral Epistle – January 5, 2022

Beloved congregation,
Greetings in Jesus!

“Gracious is the LORD, and righteous. Yes, our God is merciful.”‭‭.   Psalms‬ ‭116:5

We have heard the latest update on Covid restrictions.  This is a phase we are having to endure.  Nevertheless, we are consoled that the infection is not as severe as it was earlier. 
God invites us to continue hoping in His mercy because our Lord is gracious and righteous and is full of mercy. May our Lord in His mercy, turn all our sorrow into joy. 

We will comply with all restrictions from the diocese and will worship online only for the rest of January. We will continue praying fervently for deliverance.  “The effective, fervent  prayer of a righteous person avails much.”

We are trying to make other plans to make it possible for all our children to attend Sunday School. 

Our Youth Fellowship and Young Adults meeting will continue online as usual.
January has five Sundays: I invite you to share a testimony or a song to glorify God on Sunday, January 30th. Please don’t hesitate to share a testimony of God’s goodness to you or your loved ones; it will be a blessing to everyone.
