Pastoral Epistle, June 19, 2025

Beloved Congregation,
Greetings in Jesus!

“The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer.”  II Samuel 22:2

As we continue to celebrate Pentecost, we are reminded of the blessing of being a child of God. 

We are immensely thankful for the celebration we had last Sunday.  Thanks once again to our ladies’ team for the amazing lunch on Father’s Day and to Ramya Merlyn and James for training our children so nicely and putting together an amazing video. 

Bible Study: We have been enjoying our study on the book of Acts. Kindly join our Bible Study on Zoom on Wednesday, June 25th on Zoom at 7.30 pm and be blessed. This will be our last Bible Study before we break for Summer. 

Fifth Sunday:  June 29th will be a special Sunday of songs and testimonies. Please let me know if you would like to sing or share a testimony.

Family Retreat: We are eagerly looking forward to our Family Retreat on Saturday, July 26th.  Please pray fervently for God’s guidance in all preparations for our retreat. Please contact our wardens for further details.  We need to know the numbers to arrange for food etc. So kindly RSVP to our wardens. 

Anglican Cricket Tournament: Please join for a day of fun and fellowship at  Brampton for our Annual Tournament.  Anyone can join.  Please contact Arun Benjamin for details. 

Church in the Park:  Start praying for God’s blessings on our celebration of Church in the Park on Sunday, August 10th. We will not have Holy Communion on that day. If anyone wants Holy Communion you can meet me at church after the service.
