Pastoral Epistle – July 19, 2023

Beloved Congregation,Greetings in Jesus!
“You will light my lamp; The Lord my God will enlighten my darkness.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭18‬:28Darkness will turn to light by our God.  Situations that seem dark in our life will turn into light because God enlightens our darkness.  
This Sunday, July 23rd – Church in the Park:  Don’t miss this wonderful day of worship, games and food.  We’ll have a potluck lunch.  Please bring food to share and your own chairs.   It will be helpful if you can  bring a gazebo etc.   Service will begin at 10.30 am.Venue: Regents Park  115,  Westbourne Avenue Toronto.  The park is just a few yards North of our church.  Please pray fervently for God’s blessings on our service. There will not be any live streaming on Youtube this Sunday
Congratulations to our Cricket Team. The Church of St. Bede won the championship in the Anglican Cricket Tournament this year.  Thanks to Arun Benjamin for organizing the team and making it a good day for us.  Thanks to Roshan David for his able  captaincy and also playing efficiently to win the tournament.  
Centenary Celebrations:  We will have our Inaugural Service in October.  Kindly send me contact info of friends you would like to invite.  We have limited seating. Kindly pray fervently for all arrangements to go well.  
Pastor’s Vacation will be  from July 27 to August 9th.  Sunday, July 30th – Tina George will lead the service.  Rev. Nico Montalbetti will be the preacher and celebrant.  We will have Holy Eucharist.  Sunday, August 6th – Viji Angela Jayachandran will lead the service.  We will not have Holy Eucharist. Rev.
