Pastoral Epistle – Feb 16, 2022

Beloved Congregation,
Greetings in Jesus!

“Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.”‭‭   Galatians‬ ‭6:2‬ ‭

Our Lord invites us to bear one another’s burdens.  Most of us have our own heavy burdens for each day.  Many of us have a tight schedule from morning till late evening. In such a situation we will find it difficult to even care for anyone else; but God calls His people to stand by those who struggle with their burdens and to fulfill the law of Christ. 

This Sunday, February 20th is Family Sunday.  If you like to do something special as a family, please let me know.  May our Lord bless every single family of our church.

Beginning of Lent:  Wednesday, March 2nd is Ash Wednesday. We’ll have an in person service with the imposition of ashes at 7.30 pm. 

We will have Zoom service on every following Wednesday at 7.30 pm during Lent.  Please participate. 

Confirmation Service is on Sunday, March 6th. We have six Confirmands this year. Please pray that we’ll have a wonderful, God glorifying service. Also please pray for all arrangements for the service.

We are prayerfully looking for leaders for various ministries for this year. Please remember in prayer.  If you are interested in serving in the house of God please let me know.
