Pastoral Epistle – Oct 19 2022

Beloved Congregation,Greetings in Jesus! “Do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward.”    ‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭10:35
A precious advice from God’s Word.  Our confidence in God will bring us great reward.  May we hold on to God with great confidence whatever our situations may be.  
Harvest Festival:  We are immensely thankful for God’s blessings on our Harvest Festival.  We had a good attendance, good fellowship and an exciting auction time.  Our deepest thanks to everyone who worked hard to make our Harvest Festival a wonderful evening and to all those who generously auctioned.
Worship Team Planning meeting:  This evening, October 19th at 7.30 our worship team will be meeting to plan for the coming year.  Kindly pray for God’s guidance.  
This Sunday Youth Service:  On Sunday, October 23rd our youth will be leading Praise and Worship and will also do the readings etc. Kindly do your best to attend in person service and encourage our youth.  
Fifth Sunday Song and Testimony Service:  Fifth Sunday, October 30th kindly plan to share a testimony or a song.  It’s a good opportunity to glorify God for blessings received. 
Media Consent:  During services and other programs our social media coordinator will take pictures, videos etc of parishioners including youth and Sunday school to post on social media. If you have any objections kindly let me know.  
Blessing Boxes:   If you missed bringing your blessing boxes, kindly bring and place them at the altar.  
Bible Study:  Next Bible Study on Zoom on   Wednesday, October 26th at 7.30 pm.  
Nomination Committee:  If you are motivated to serve on the Nomination Committee, kindly let me know.  We need three members besides the corporation.
