Beloved Congregation,
Greetings in Jesus!
“The Lord will guide you continually and satisfy your soul in drought and strengthen your bones. You shall be like a watered garden and like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail.” Isaiah 58:11
A blessed reward to those who faithfully follow our Lord! We will always have God’s guidance and strength. We will be like a well-watered garden.
Church in the Park: Please invite your friends and family to join us for this amazing service this Sunday, August 16th at 10.30 at Regents Park, 115 Westbourne Ave.
Since our service will be in the park, we will not have Holy Eucharist. Please don’t forget to bring your lawn chairs. We will have an exciting Potluck lunch. Kindly contact our Hospitality coordinator Serena to plan the potluck. Gentle reminder, we will have a quiz for all age groups on whose names were changed in the Holy Bible.
Pastor Vacation: Pastor will be on vacation for two Sundays, August 30th and September 6th. Tina George and Angela Viji will lead the service respectively. The Reverend Rajini Lyman will be Priest on call in my absence. Kindly contact our wardens for any pastoral emergency. We will not have a Holy Communion on those Sundays.
Fifth Sunday service on Aug 30th , we will have a special time for songs and testimonies. Please let me know if you want to glory the Lord with a song or testimony.
Back to School Prayer: Kindly bring your children to Church with their Backpacks on Sunday, September 13th for special prayers as they begin a new academic year.
Tamil Isai Maalai: Please continue to pray for our Tamil singsong evening of classical and contemporary Tamil songs. The Musicians are practicing already! This year our theme is “Ennalume Thuthippai”. “Praise God every day”. Please invite your friends for this eventful evening on Saturday, September 19th at 6.00pm followed by an exciting fellowship time.
