Pastoral Epistle – October, 5, 2022

Beloved Congregation,
Greetings in Jesus!“He performs what is appointed for me, and many such things are with Him.” ‭‭Job‬ ‭23:14
God has blessings in store for His children and He will fulfill His purpose for us as we trust him.  He will take care of our future.  
Thanksgiving Week:  Let us rejoice in Thanksgiving throughout this week.  We can spend more time thanking the Lord during our family prayers.  
Blessing Boxes:  Please bring in your Blessing Box and present it at the altar.  We will bless the boxes and receive them with thanks.  The offering will be prayerfully used for mercy ministries of the church. 
Harvest Festival: Please invite as many as possible to come in person to church on Saturday, October 15th.  We will begin at 6.00 pm with a short service followed by thanksgiving dinner and then our auction will begin.  Here is the link to RSVP :https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/harvest-festival-2022-tickets-430148885897I have attached the Harvest Festival flyer having the program details in the pdf.

Planning meeting:  This evening, October 5th we will have a planning meeting for the Harvest Festival.  All team members kindly join Zoom at 7.30 pm. 

Seniors Support Team:  We are looking for volunteers to support our seniors who may need help.  If you are able to give your time please contact our wardens or me.  
Fifth Sunday Special Service:  Sunday, October 30th, is songs and testimony day.  We welcome you to share God’s goodness in your life and in your family.  You can sing for the glory of God.  Please give your name to our wardens or to me.
